If you’ve changed your mind about your order, we're happy to offer you a full refund as long as the item is returned in the same condition, unworn/unwashed in its original packaging (yes, that means our super cute in-flight bag), within 14 days of the delivery date.
Follow the process below to return your purchase.
- Fill out the Returns form that was sent you with your purchase.
- Pop the unused item/s and packaging in a sealed postal bag.
- Send the parcel to the address below, using a traceable service.
- Send an email to email@example.com stating your order number and postage tracking reference number so we track your parcel.
- We will contact you once we have received the item to process your refund.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges only refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning items, you are strongly recommended to use a tracking service as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Any customs fees that we incur on returned items from outside the UK will be deducted from your refund total.
